Location: Warsaw

Market: Poland

Language: You must already be able to hold a recruiting conversation in Polish

About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a rapidly growing AI company building an enterprise agent platform that helps large organizations turn AI ambition into measurable production outcomes.

The platform enables AI agents to execute real tasks inside complex operational workflows. Local teams work directly with customers to connect the technology to their systems, processes, and business needs.

As Public Sector GTM, you will build the company's public sector business in Poland. You will identify high-value opportunities, develop relationships with decision makers, and lead sales conversations from first discovery through commercial agreement, working closely with technical and deployment teams.

This is an opportunity for an experienced public sector seller who understands how institutions buy and brings the initiative, pace, and ownership needed to build a new market.

Your Market

Your primary focus will be:

  • Central government, including ministries
  • Public agencies and institutions, such as ZUS, NFZ, NBP, and PFR
  • Regional and local government, including voivodships and cities
  • Other public sector organizations, including hospitals and infrastructure bodies such as GDDKiA

State-owned enterprises are a secondary focus. The strongest fit will bring direct experience selling to public institutions and navigating their decision-making and purchasing processes.

These examples describe target segments, not existing customers.

What You'll Own

  • Build and develop a pipeline of public sector opportunities in Poland
  • Identify institutions and operational challenges where AI agents can deliver meaningful, measurable value
  • Establish relationships with decision makers, operational owners, IT teams, and procurement stakeholders
  • Lead discovery conversations that connect institutional priorities with practical deployment opportunities
  • Understand each opportunity's budget, purchasing route, decision process, and timeline
  • Partner with technical and deployment teams on demonstrations, solution scope, and proposals
  • Own commercial negotiations and coordinate the steps needed to move opportunities toward signed agreements
  • Maintain clear next steps and realistic forecasts across complex sales cycles
  • Bring market feedback into the company's public sector proposition and go-to-market approach

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience selling technology solutions to the Polish public sector, with concrete examples of contracts you helped win
  • A clear understanding of how public institutions evaluate, fund, and procure technology
  • The ability to navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • A track record of creating new opportunities and personally moving them toward a commercial outcome
  • Confidence discussing operational problems and technology value with senior institutional leaders
  • An entrepreneurial working style: you create direction, take ownership, and keep opportunities moving
  • The judgment to work within public sector constraints while actively finding practical paths forward
  • Interest in AI and the ability to learn the platform well enough to explain its value credibly
  • Polish sufficient to conduct the recruitment conversation now and work directly with local stakeholders
  • Availability to work from the Warsaw office four days a week and travel for customer meetings

Who Tends to Fit

You may have built your career in public sector sales at a major technology vendor, a systems integrator, or a smaller technology company.

What matters is your personal contribution: the opportunities you created, the buying processes you navigated, and the contracts you helped close.

A founder or early commercial hire can also be a strong fit if you bring a proven record of selling to public institutions.

What Makes This Role Attractive

  • Ownership of public sector business development in Poland
  • The opportunity to bring AI into services and operations that affect citizens at scale
  • Close collaboration with technical teams that build and deploy the solutions you sell
  • Space to shape the local market approach as the company grows internationally
  • Direct accountability for turning promising conversations into commercial results

Working Style

You understand that public sector sales requires patience, preparation, and credibility. You also bring urgency to the work you can control: opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and securing concrete next steps.

You are comfortable building in an evolving environment and taking responsibility for progress.

The role is based primarily in the Warsaw office, four days a week, with one optional remote day. Travel to meet customers is an important part of building relationships and developing the market.
