About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a hyper-growth AI startup building an enterprise agentic platform that helps large organizations move from AI ambition to measurable production outcomes.

This company recently raised over $0.5B in a Series C, is scaling rapidly across 20+ countries, and is deploying AI agents deeply into enterprise operations - not just for Q&A, but for real execution inside critical workflows.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will solve high-impact, real-world problems alongside enterprise customers and own work from first principles through production outcomes.

The platform serves business owners and operational teams. You will build and deploy the company's new AI-agent solution for their business workflows and integrate it with customer systems. The role is not about maintaining the customer's legacy software or building developer tools for their engineering organization.

Why This Role Matters

Most AI programs fail in implementation, not in demos.

Your mission is to close that gap by turning ambiguous, open-ended business problems into AI systems that work reliably in production and deliver measurable impact.

This is a hands-on generalist role for engineers who enjoy navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and working across systems while partnering directly with enterprises as they become AI-driven organizations.

What You'll Own

  • Partner with business owners and operational stakeholders to understand their challenges and define success criteria
  • Translate open-ended business problems into clear technical designs and practical implementations
  • Build and deploy new AI-agent solutions that integrate with customer systems and perform real business tasks in production
  • Own deployments end-to-end, including reliability, performance, and iterative improvement
  • Test with real data, measure outcomes, and improve based on evidence
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship high-quality, production-ready solutions
  • Contribute to tools, documentation, and delivery best practices that scale across customers

Working Model and Geography

  • This is an implementation-heavy, customer-facing role with significant time spent on-site
  • Warsaw is the core delivery hub due to enterprise client density
  • Current and near-term client delivery is concentrated in Warsaw
  • Rule of thumb is 4 days/week in the office and/or at client sites
  • Candidates should already live in Warsaw or be ready to relocate

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means:

  • You take ownership from problem definition through production impact
  • AI agents are deployed reliably and improve over time through iteration
  • Complex integrations are delivered cleanly across real enterprise systems
  • Customers see measurable operational outcomes, not just pilot activity
  • Delivery quality compounds through reusable patterns, documentation, and tooling

What We're Looking For

  • Polish: you can already hold a recruiting conversation in Polish. A commitment to learn the language later does not meet this requirement
  • 3+ years in high-accountability, technical problem-solving roles
  • Experience leading or contributing to scoping, discovery, or early-stage AI/technical strategy with sales, product, or delivery teams
  • Strong software and system design fundamentals
  • Experience working across systems, integrations, and data flows
  • Comfort owning ambiguous problems and creating clarity through execution
  • Clear communication skills and a strong ownership mindset
  • High-agency mindset: you do not wait for perfect requirements and can propose direction and drive decisions
  • Curiosity and interest in building AI-powered systems that work in practice

Nice to Have

  • Experience in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or other customer-facing technical roles
  • Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems
  • Experience operating and improving production systems

What You'll Get

  • Direct ownership over high-impact enterprise AI deployments
  • Work closely with enterprise stakeholders on problems that matter to core operations
  • Fast learning curve across strategy, architecture, integration, and production delivery
  • High autonomy and clear accountability for outcomes
  • Strong growth path as the company expands globally

Interview Process

  • Initial call with someone from the team
  • Two technical/problem-solving interviews (role-specific)
  • Interview with local GM (in Polish)
  • Final interview with co-founder/CTO

(Sequence may vary slightly by scheduling, but these are the expected stages.)
