About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a hyper-growth AI startup building an enterprise agentic platform that helps large organizations move from AI ambition to measurable production outcomes.

This company recently raised over $0.5B in a Series C, is scaling rapidly across 20+ countries, and is deploying AI agents deeply into enterprise operations - not just for Q&A, but for real execution inside critical workflows.

This is not a "watch from the sidelines" role. As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the path from problem definition to production impact.

Why This Role Matters

Most AI programs fail in implementation, not in demos.

Your mission is to close that gap by turning strategic AI initiatives into real, deployed systems that work in production - across complex processes, messy enterprise environments, and multiple stakeholders.

You will work at the intersection of:

  • Technology (APIs, integrations, data flows, system constraints)
  • Execution (scope, delivery plans, risk management, rollout)
  • Customer partnership (alignment, trust, adoption, outcomes)

What You'll Own

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI deployments from scoping through go-live
  • Define deployment strategy, architecture direction, and implementation roadmap for pilots and production rollouts
  • Partner with customer stakeholders to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize high-impact use cases
  • Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on milestones, timelines, dependencies, and SLAs
  • Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to ensure integrations land cleanly in real client systems
  • Track delivery health, proactively identify risks, and remove blockers before they become delays
  • Monitor production behavior and performance; drive iterative improvement after launch
  • Expand successful deployments into additional workflows and business domains

Working Model and Geography

  • This is an implementation-heavy, customer-facing role with significant time spent on-site
  • Warsaw is the core delivery hub due to enterprise client density
  • Current and near-term client delivery is concentrated in Warsaw
  • Rule of thumb is 4 days/week in the office and/or at client sites
  • Candidates should already live in Warsaw or be ready to relocate

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means:

  • Complex deployments ship on time and operate reliably in production
  • Stakeholders stay aligned even in high-ambiguity environments
  • AI agents produce measurable business outcomes (cost, speed, quality, throughput)
  • Customers increase adoption over time instead of stalling at pilot stage
  • Delivery quality improves with every rollout through reusable patterns and playbooks

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in high-accountability, technical problem-solving roles
  • Strong grasp of enterprise technical concepts: APIs, integrations, data flows, system dependencies
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution across multiple stakeholders
  • High-agency mindset: you create clarity when requirements are incomplete
  • Strong communication skills: structured thinking, clear tradeoffs, confident stakeholder management
  • Hands-on, proactive style with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Interest in AI-native products and operational transformation
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)

Nice to Have

  • Engineering background or prior hands-on implementation experience
  • Management / strategy / technical consulting background
  • Experience in fast-scaling startup environments
  • Exposure to regulated or high-complexity enterprise environments (e.g. finance, telecom, healthcare)
  • Former founder, early startup operator, or technical lead profile

What You'll Get

  • Direct ownership over high-impact enterprise AI deployments
  • Work with senior enterprise stakeholders and C-level decision makers
  • Opportunity to shape implementation strategy in one of the fastest-scaling AI categories
  • Fast learning curve, high autonomy, and real influence on business outcomes
  • Strong growth path as the company expands globally

Interview Process

  • Initial call with someone from the team
  • Two technical/problem-solving interviews (role-specific)
  • Interview with local GM
  • Final interview with co-founder/CTO

(Sequence may vary slightly by scheduling, but these are the expected stages.)
